Discipleship Leadership Seminar

(Autumn of 2025)

How do we help others to grow to maturity in Christ in Europe today?

The church in Europe in the 21st century is in desperate need of Christian leaders who are passionate about developing disciples and equipped to do so.  Just as Paul laboured to bring Christ-like transformation and maturity in the life of believers, Europe today needs gifted and skilled disciple-making leaders who know how to love, nurture, care for and disciple others to biblical maturity.

These Disciple-making Leadership seminars will provide a vision for spiritual growth and the tools to disciple others today. Biblical principles and skills will be unpacked that will enable us to be more effective disciple-making leaders in our churches and organisations. The seminars will be led by Emanuel Tundrea (Romania) and Rick Hill (Ireland), two disciple-making leaders and speakers who lead within ELF’s Disciple-Making Leaders Network.

These seminars are ideal for leaders or pastors who have disciple-making responsibility and who are seeking to learn how to more effectively disciple others to maturity in Christ.

Commitment & Cost: Hosts will be responsible for promoting and recruiting key disciple-making leaders from across their country and for covering the cost for speakers of lodging, food, facilities, and transportation within their country.  There is also a fee of 300 euros for Central, Eastern, and Southern European countries and 400 euros for Western European countries to help to cover the cost of international travel. There are limited spots, so fill out the interest form below as soon as possible.

Here are quotes from participants in seminars led by Rick and Emanuel:

“There is always a great richness in being in fellowship with people who have great knowledge, insight, and experience. It was always uplifting and encouraging to meet.”

“I think the combined dynamic of the different participants and leaders help to bring in expertise from different angles.”

“I have 11 young men I am discipling. The lessons am learning is helping me to disciple them effectively.”

“I was encouraged to focus on things that Jesus would focus on. Though through numbers we/I like to express a ministries success I was reminded to focus on individuals, to have if not a holistic approach, to slow down, listen, pray more. It was like a re-setting of the mind. “

“It helps to clarify my priorities in ministry and what it means to patiently walk through with someone in the discipling process while obeying the Great Commission of the Lord. It teaches me the importance of a supportive community of believers. I find my prayer life was revitalized.”
