
Year-Round Mentoring Group for Cultural Apologetics
with Mihail Stefanov
Programme Overview
GOAL: Through advanced practical training and intensive coaching, the program will equip experienced Christian apologists with the knowledge and the skillset to address major cultural questions that resonate with people’s real concerns.
Participants will learn to demonstrate the beauty and goodness of the Christian worldview in ways that inspire and capture the cultural imagination while strengthening their ability to defend its truthfulness using classical apologetic arguments.
PLAN: This year-round mentoring group includes:
● The program starts with a Pre-Forum Seminar at the European Leadership Forum on May 17 from 14:00-17:30. For this purpose, you must also be registered and accepted to the 2025 ELF. Please use this link to read more about ELF and how to apply.
● Four two-hour sessions with pre-session assignments
● Three-day Retreat on 2-4 December 2025 in Budapest, Hungary
● Pre-Forum Conference at the 2026 Forum (Friday, 15 May, dinner together – Saturday, 16 May, morning). Participants will still need to apply for the European Leadership Forum and will be responsible for paying Forum fees in order to participate in the 2026 Forum. Participants must also pay for their own travel expenses.
PARTICIPANTS: Eight to twelve apologists who are willing to commit to actively participate in the program
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Each participant will be a spiritually mature Christian with a passion for effectively communicating the Gospel’s truth, goodness and beauty to his/her culture
● Participants need (at least) a foundational knowledge of major apologetic topics such as arguments for God’s existence, faith and science, pain and suffering, Biblical reliability, historical challenges to Christianity, etc.

Mihail Stefanov is the assistant pastor at Crossroad’s Church Sofia (crossroadchurch.bg) and the founder of Culture and People (cultureandpeople.eu) – an international consulting firm helping global business leaders transform the culture of their organizations. He has a deep passion for communicating and defending Christ as the only viable option for the redemption and the thriving of humankind. He uses his education and professional background in media & communications, anthropology, theology and philosophy to discover creative and engaging ways to convey Christian truths to the intellectuals and business leaders he works with. In the past several years, Mihail and his team have developed several experimental formats to reach modern urban people with the Gospel as well as to train and empower Christians to become effective communicators of the faith.
