Year-Round Mentoring for Music & Worship Leaders

Programme Overview
Goal: To support, equip, and mentor experienced and aspiring music, praise and worship leaders, songwriters and music directors in the European church; helping them to become effective in ministry and to navigate the pitfalls of the music world both in and out of the church. Desired results include greater clarity of purpose, direction, and of influencing Kingdom impact; thus providing a context and framework for consistent, effective decision making.
Participants: Leaders in church music in particular; whether worship pastors, worship leaders, songwriters, music directors.
Qualifications: Participants are devoted followers of Jesus Christ and in positions of responsibility in their church or ministry, relating to music, praise and worship. Aspiring leaders also considered depending on experience and position.

2026 Pre-Forum Seminar: 16 May, Saturday: 14:00 - 17:00,
During the 2026 Forum: One-on-one meetings with Angela
Three 2-hour webinars with assignments
Three-day December Retreat from noon to noon on 1-3 December 2026 (Budapest, Hungary)
2027 Pre Forum Conference: from Friday, 21 May, through Saturday, 22 May. Participants will still need to apply for the Forum and will be responsible for paying the Forum fees to participate in the 2027 Forum. Participants must also pay for their own travel expenses.
The program starts with a Pre-Forum Seminar at the European Leadership Forum on May 16 from 14:00-17:30. For this purpose, you must also be registered and accepted to the 2026 ELF. Please use this link to read more about ELF and how to apply.

Angela MacKenzie
Angela MacKenzie is a broadcaster, pianist, vocalist, and worship leader. Her music has travelled all over the world for conferences and concerts in addition through her Facebook live events and weekly television teaching program. Whether in person or through media, Angela’s passion is to be a witness to the glory of God in song and word. Angela has a B.A. degree in music/vocal performance from the University of Central Florida, and an M.A. in apologetics from Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. Angela also holds a number of non-executive positions on several ministry and charitable boards both in the US and the UK (where she currently lives.) With her marriage to Kenneth MacKenzie back in 2014, Angela now has an immediate family of 31 (19 grandchildren). Through media, music, and speaking, Angela continues to advocate for her vision of a place where the artist and the Christian thinker can collaborate.
